They were great every step of the way from who I spoke with over the phone to the workers who came out to do the job everyone was very professional. I will recommend and absolutely use them, again.
Showed up at the appointed time window. The first thing the tech did upon arrival was to cover the area with a drop cloth. Had to replace old cutouts with new sheet metal, as all of the new equipment did not fit. Did an excellent job overall. Very professional. Cleanup after work was completed, taking all old parts and scraps with him.
Phil did a great job diagnosing the issue on what was causing the intermittent heat issue.
Air Management has serviced and then sold us our entire hvac system and water heater. When we call they're always friendly and patient to hear our concerns. Thankfully we rarely call because they maintain our system as well. I recommend you call and see for yourself.
The first time they fixed a problem caused by the builder (this is new construction) that other HVAC firms used by my neighbors could not fix. The second time they fixed a nicked cable caused by a low voltage contractor who was not careful, and the third time they fixed a bad sensor that a carpenter messed up. That's three-for-three, spot on expertise, reasonable billing, friendly.
Wonderful. The guy was meticulous in cleanup. I didn't have to sweep afterwards. My house was never been warmer. I would never hesitate to use them again.
